STPA EMAIL LIST SERVER ESTABLISHED [From Jeff Berger, STPA secretary/treasurer] Through the generosity and cooperation of TPA, we have a list server set up for the South Texas Press Association. Your e-mail address, which you supplied to us at the time you paid your 2008 dues, has been included on the list. This will be a forum for you to discuss information that is unique to members of STPA. If you choose to send a message to all the members on the list, simply send your message to STPA@listserver.texaspress.com.
Notes on etiquette:
1. Title your message with a good, concise explantory title.
2. When replying, keep message informative and appropriate to the group.
3. Do not post commercial messages (those promoting products or services you sell).
4. Sign your message so that members of the group can easily identify you.
5. Do not send your message to multiple lists (such as publishers list, editorial list, STPA lists, etc.), but rather send it only to the most appropriate list.
6. Do not post messages that encourage members to arrive at an agreement which leads to price fixing, boycotts, or other conduct intended to illegally restrain free trade.
7. Do not post defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive or illegal messages.
